Not the case with QuickPop. It’s very straight forward and easy to use. We use it for an email opt-in plugin for an e-book giveaway promo on our site, and no complaints so far. The design aesthetics are top notch as well, much better than other popup plugins out there.

Super easy to build any type of popup. I use it to collect emails and to promote sales here and there. Only ran into a single issue and their tech support was ridiculously fast, I mean resolved in like 20 minutes after my submission. Looking forward to more products from this company.
